Mary Read's touring schedule for 2019 is winding down, and we're shifting focus to the studio. It's been a lot of fun playing the Dunsany Dreaming songs live for the past months, but now we're starting over in a way: re-arranging and re-producing them for studio recording.
Along for the ride we have the latest edition to our studio: Mother 32. She's an analog synthesizer made by Moog, and Lars has spent the first few weeks of October getting to know her better and figuring out what makes her tick. Mother is a bit of a departure for us, as we've mostly used software synths before, but she is a joy to work with, and we're stoked to include her in our music.
