Dunsany Dreaming Instrumental contains evocative, lyric free versions of the Dunsany Dreaming songs, placed in a fresh new mix. The original version of Dunsany Dreaming was Mary Read’s second full length album, released in May 2021. It featured poems by the Irish author Lord Dunsany set to original music, intertwined with Nordic traditional tunes and folk songs.  The instrumental version of the album, which was originally a stretch goal in the 2021 kickstarter campaign, creates a meditative soundscape and particularly showcases the traditional Nordic tunes that are essential building blocks of Mary Read’s music.
